Arbor helps to stuff Au Bon Pain's hiring needs

Au Bon Pain is a premiere urban bakery café with more than 200 locations operating in major metropolitan markets in the U.S. and abroad. Because of the outstanding customer service and hiring results Au Bon Pain achieved through ResCare’s Arbor WeCare program in New York City and Arbor Staten Island One-Stop, Au Bon Pain contacted ResCare’s Arbor Philadelphia One-Stop Career Center when it needed hires for its Philadelphia Airport location. Arbor’s job coach actually drove pre-screened candidates to the airport and waited while they were being interviewed! Taking customer service one step farther, Arbor provided the new employees with transportation to and from work. As Au Bon Pain has continued to grow and open new cafés throughout the country, Human Resources has tapped Arbor for hiring employees.
